Client: any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, visiting the Website covered by these general terms and conditions.

7. Management of Personal Data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, French Law of 21 June 2014 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Controllers Responsible for Collecting Personal Data
For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing of the Website, the Personal Data Controller is MOSAIC PRODUCTION. https://www.mosaic-production.com is represented by Cédric Reigadas, its legal representative.
As the Data Controller for the data it collects, https://www.mosaic-production.com undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. In particular, it is the Client’s responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing activities, to provide prospects and clients, when obtaining their consent, with complete information regarding the processing of their personal data, and to maintain an accurate record of processing activities.
Whenever https://www.mosaic-production.com processes Personal Data, https://www.mosaic-production.com takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
